Two more days to go, but as I know, it’s just the beginning! Instead of practicing at home this week, I went to Puma yoga as they offered me a free class for my birthday. The class was small but inviting–it’s always nice to try out new teachers. I have to say, though, that I like the IB experience more. It’s home to me.

How does my stomach feel – settled, upset, gaseous, calm? Consider and note what I ate in the past 24 hours.
The vegetarian dinner last night made me feel great this morning. My stomach felt calm and settled.
How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
After the massage, my body felt a little sore but also amazingly good! I had lots of energy all day and really enjoyed my yoga class.

What was my energy level like today?
Energy was good and strong all day–I did a lot of running around early in the day, then chilled for the afternoon, and then Dan and I made some cool beats in the evening.
Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
The stir-fry left me a little hungry at about 9:30, so I had some fruit and peanut butter, but I think I needed to have more water and veggies, too.
Overall – how do I FEEL?
I am so amazed that I have made it this far, and with just one day to go, I am inspired by my dedication. 🙂
