March Yoga Experience: Day 19


Happy Friday! What a wonderful day and the end to a very busy and fun week. Dan and I had 90-minute massages at Sacred Hour tonight, and we left feeling heavenly. ๐Ÿ™‚

Morning Chat
How does my stomach feel โ€“ settled, upset, gaseous, calm? Consider and note what I ate in the past 24 hours.
I felt good this morning, as I was quite full from the tofu and veggie stir-fry.

How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
Feeling good all around with lots of energy–also noticing that my body feels more supple from all the yoga.

What was my energy level like today?
Very mellow tonight after the massage–took an easy night and just let my energy stay chill.

Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
I am amazed at how filling a salad with veggies and some nuts on it can keep me full. I love that!

Overall โ€“ how do I FEEL?
I feel at peace with myself, and so relaxed. ๐Ÿ™‚
