Well, I am 6.2 pounds lighter than when I started the Experience! What I have noticed is that eating this way and doing yoga is really all I need to keep myself healthy and fit both mentally and physically.

I woke up at 5:22 a.m. so I decided to take Kim’s 6 a.m. class, and I am so glad I did! I felt alive and awake all day. My stomach felt good thanks to the light meal.
How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
I had great energy all day. I remember from Experiences past that you tend to not need as much sleep.

My energy was great all day thanks to the early yoga class. This may be a staple in my day, whether I do it at home or at the studio.
Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
The tofu dish from Thai Fun, while delish, really gave me an upset stomach. Also, the bean soup definitely added to the gassy feeling!
