Tofu with spinach, red peppers and broccoli in a peanut ginger sauce

Morning Chat
How does my stomach feel – settled, upset, gaseous, calm? Consider and note what I ate in the past 24 hours.
Ok, now we’re feeling good. Love the light feeling and calmness of my stomach. I think that’s due to the vegetarian meals yesterday and the light dinner.

How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
My shoulders are feeling sore–they have had a lot of opening this past week. My energy is great! I am feeling awake and not tired!

Evening Chat
What was my energy level like today?
My energy was strong today despite an unexpected long day at work. I kept up with my home practice, too, and felt really strong in my breath.

Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
The tofu and peppers did make my stomach grumble a little–perhaps it’s the spices again.

Overall – how do I FEEL?
Just amazing! I definitely feel like I have lost some extra weight, and I feel so peaceful in my practice.
