Morning Chat
How does my stomach feel – settled, upset, gaseous, calm? Consider and note what I ate in the past 24 hours.
A bit of a headache and a tired, heaviness. I slept until 8:30 and then got up to write. I decided to have lemon juice and hot water to wake me up. I think I can see the caffeine addiction, and I am doing my best to break it.

How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
My body feel good. I think I may have lost a bit of weight, too. I am having big bowel movements in the morning.

Evening Chat
What was my energy level like today?
My energy level was good, but I was all over the place emotionally after thinking about my dream and the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Good thing I took Lanie’s class, where I could let it all go, and also dedicate my practice to the people. Having been through a major earthquake, I know a bit of what they are experiencing.

Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
The shrimp and snowpeas did not agree with me. I think it’s my body telling me that it really doesn’t like to eat meat. Also, it could be the combination of oil (too much) and the heavy spices I used as I had an upset stomach after the first time I ate it, too. Lesson learned.

Overall – how do I FEEL?
I feel much lighter today, but my head is in a dizzying place. I think meditation will help with centering me more with all this chaos going on around me.
