March Yoga Experience: Day 16


Today was a great day, but I am noticing that as I haven’t been to the grocery store, I am slacking in the food department and eating random food. Also, tomorrow is my birthday, and I am going out to lunch an dinner, so I will take notice of how all that makes me feel.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, apple, walnuts, honey and agave

Morning Chat
How does my stomach feel – settled, upset, gaseous, calm? Consider and note what I ate in the past 24 hours.
My stomach felt OK this morning, but I definitely felt the aftermath of last night’s dinner.

How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
My body feels good, but I tweaked my shoulder today–thankfully, I have a massage scheduled for Friday. 🙂 My energy was great all day, and I really enjoyed Tammy’s class tonight.

What was my energy level like today?
Energy was great, and taking it at my own pace in Tammy’s class left me energized instead of exhausted afterward.

Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
The tofu leftovers upset my stomach again, so as much as I love it, I will seriously have to consider if I want to eat that again. More and more, I realize simple food is best for me. Also, I didn’t get a lot of veggies in today, so that’t my goal tomorrow!

Overall – how do I FEEL?
Despite my shoulder being tweaked, I feel really great! I haven’t eaten meat for an entire week, and I really love that. I am not feeling tired like I used to either.
