The best part about Friday was waking up with no hangover! I went out to see the Trashcan Sinatras at the Winchester, where there was lots of drinking. Luckily, I met up with another Experiencer there, and we enjoyed our bottled water together. 🙂

How does my stomach feel – settled, upset, gaseous, calm? Consider and note what I ate in the past 24 hours.
My stomach felt great today, especially as I have been keeping up with eating vegetarian. I really think that’s making a difference.
How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
My body feels great, though my lower back is a little achey from sitting on a stool for 2 hours last night–I wasn’t really thinking about my posture! My energy was good all day, and I was up until 2:30 a.m. without any caffeine. Pretty amazing!

I feel like I am more grounded and calm overall, like there’s this sense of zen now.
Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
I am noticing that I don’t need that much food to feel satisfied. Also, a little too much olive oil on the squash made me feel a little greasy, so I will watch how much I use.
Overall – how do I FEEL?
Fantastic! I had a great time out with friends and drinking my water. I feel strength to really change my lifestyle and become a healthier person who is more intune with my body and needs.
