Happy St. Patrick’s Day! While everyone was out getting drunk, I was diving in to my yoga practice. The class was a little less crowded, so I appreciated the room I had to stretch out my arms. Afterward, Dan and I went to Joe’s in Rocky River, where he got corned beef and cabbage and I had amazing homemade split pea soup and a salad. Then we headed to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we watched MSU v. UCLA and I sipped on an iced tea. I was so amazed at my ability to enjoy myself sans certain foods and drinks, and the best part was I knew I was going to wake up without a hangover. 🙂

Morning Chat
How does my stomach feel – settled, upset, gaseous, calm? Consider and note what I ate in the past 24 hours.
I truly know what it feels like to have an empty stomach, and it is such a wonderful feeling. It is not a feeling of emptiness in a bad way, but a space to be filled with nourishment.
How does my body feel, in particular my head (clear, heavy, agitated)? What is my energy level like?
I have lots of energy, and now I am remembering from the past Experiences that this is the time when you really start to notice your energy levels change.
Evening Chat
What was my energy level like today?
IMy energy was strong throughout the day, and well past midnight as we cheered on MSU! I was feeling so good that I didn’t even miss green beer.
Did I eat anything that produced unfavorable results or favorable ones?
We ate later, so I was a bit hungry going into dinner and I think I may have eaten a little too much. I have noticed that it is hard for me to leave a little bit of food, but I will do it now because I didn’t like feeling so full.
Overall – how do I FEEL?
Simply amazing! I love how I am so thirsty for water and that I keep drinking more and more. I love how the simple foods I am eating are so delicious!
