Hello May, where did you come from? Yes, summer is knocking on the door and it’s time to get my activity going.

This is my schedule for the week. Please join me any time as it’s always more fun to work out with a pal.

Monday: 6-8 pm
YMCA for boot camp, abs and stretching

Tuesday: 6-6:45 am
YMCA for spin

Wednesday: 6-7 pm
Inner Bliss for yoga

Thursday: 6-7 pm
YMCA for sculpt

Friday: 6-7 am
My house for yoga

Saturday: 12-1 pm
YMCA for Zumba

Sunday: 10-11 am
Inner Bliss for yoga

I will change it up each week so as not to get bored, and as the weather gets nicer, I will add in more bike rides, walks, hikes and more.
